Who we are

Rising Stores is run by Abdullah Dar, a sole trader based in Pakistan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Rising Stores.

What we provide

Rising Stores sends subscribers a list of online shops in their chosen area each week. Each list contains information that the shops publish publicly, along with the signs of growth we observed.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email.

How you may use the list

• Use the list within your own business to find and contact potential customers.
• Do not resell, publish or share the list outside your business.
• Follow the laws on business contact that apply to you, including honouring any request from a shop not to be contacted again.

Accuracy

We check each list before it goes out, but shops change quickly. We do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, or that any shop will become your customer.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
